A detour to Asia with this Asian chicken with black mushrooms. The chicken is cooked in a broth which makes it particularly tender. To taste with a good rice!
For 2 people
2 chicken breasts
25cl of water
4 black mushrooms + 10cl lukewarm water
Sesame oil, chives, salt, pepper
Soak the black mushrooms in their warm water. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and the onion. Book. In a wok or saucepan, heat a little sesame oil. Brown the chicken. Add the onion, water and kubor, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about twenty minutes. Finally, finish with the drained black mushrooms. Serve sprinkled with chives.
