Chicken strips with balsamic cream For 2 people
2 chicken cutlets
1 boxes of mushrooms (about 200g)
1 shallot / onion
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp semi-thick cream Olive oil, salt, pepper Cut the chicken into small needles.
Book. Fry the shallot / onion in the olive oil. Add the mushrooms and let them make their water. Add the chicken so that it colors (about 10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper and pour in the vinegar. Finish with the cream. Leave everything on medium heat so that the sauce thickens.
