For 2 people
2 small chicken cutlets
200g mushrooms
75 ml milk
1 teaspoon chicken broth
80 g pasta (shells)
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Cook the pasta, drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat the oil. Add the diced mushrooms and chicken. Leave to brown for 5 minutes over high heat. Add the chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper and reduce for 10 minutes over low heat. At the end of time, add the pasta and let it heat up.
