Easy individual pecan brownies

Not long ago, I told you about the new appetizing products that I had received from both Sunny Via and Dried Fruits on the web. By making a mix of the two, I concocted small individual brownies with pecans and agave syrup. The agave syrup helped lighten the brownie without losing its good taste! (You finally understand why I didn’t have a brownie recipe on this blog … Too rich!)

For 4 brownies
50 g dark chocolate
50 g butter
30g pecans
75g sugar or 1 tsp Sunny Via agave syrup
1 egg
1 tsp flour
1 tsp baking powder

Brown the pecans on the oven grill. Take them out then preheat to 200. In parallel, melt the chocolate and butter. Add the agave syrup, egg, flour and yeast. Mix well. Finish with the roasted pecans (keep 4). Pour everything into muffin tins, placing a pecan nut on each. Bake 15 minutes, turn off the oven and let stand 5 minutes in the warm. Turn …
