Sad apples? Let’s transform them into a soft apple-cinnamon cake!
100g of cream
1/2 sachet of yeast
Peel the apples and cut them into thin strips. Preheat the oven to 180. Melt the butter. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add the butter, cream and eggs. Mix well until you get a smooth paste. Add the apples and mix gently, so as not to break them. Put everything in a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.
