Pecan Brownie (the real one!) With thermomix or without

I found my brownie recipe! A good taste of chocolate, butter and pecans that change the scenery. Come on, I’m nice, I share: pecan brownie (the real one!) With the thermomix or without.

3 eggs
120g white sugar
120g brown sugar
100g dark chocolate
150g salted butter
40g flour
50g coarsely crushed pecan
1 tbsp bitter cocoa

Thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180. Place the chocolate in the bowl for 5s, 5. Scrape the sides. Add the butter and melt 3mn, 50, 3. Reserve and wash the bowl. Place the whisk, eggs and sugar for 1mn30, 3. Add the chocolate, flour and cocoa to them for 1mn30, 3. Add the crushed nuts for 1mn, in the opposite direction, 3. Pour into a mold and bake 30mn.

Without the thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180. Melt the chocolate and butter together. Blanch the eggs and sugar. Add the flour, the crushed nuts, the cocoa and then the chocolate. Pour into a mold and cook for 30 minutes.
