Raspberry mousse with fromage blanc and agar with thermomix or without

Fancy a dessert without feeling guilty for several days? I have for you these raspberry mousse with fromage blanc and agar agar (thermomix or without) lightened compared to traditional recipes. A delight !

For 4 people
50g icing sugar
350g raspberries (including 50g for decoration)
100g cottage cheese
150g of 35% liquid cream
1 tsp agar

Thermomix
Place the raspberries in the bowl and mix 20s, 8. Pass them in the Chinese before putting them back in the bowl. Cook them for 6 minutes, 100, 1. Add the agar for 30s, 3. Finish with the sugar, fromage blanc and cream for 20s, 3. Distribute the foam in the bowls. Place in the fridge for 4 hours minimum. Garnish with the remaining raspberries.

Without the thermomix
Mix the raspberries. Pass them in Chinese before putting them in a pan. Cook them for ten minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Then add the agar, sugar, cottage cheese and cream. Mix well. Divide the foam among the salad bowls. Place in the fridge for 4 hours minimum. Garnish with the remaining raspberries.
